Week 28- Amber

Our joint Korean/American Easter service brought not only an amazing time of multicultural worship, but a great post service lunch cooked by the Korean congregation. This was some of the best Korean food I have eaten so far. White sticky rice, pork cutlet with gravy (they somehow gave it a slightly sweet flavor), kimchi (of COURSE), japchae (rice noodles with veggies) and Korean potato pancake. So amazingly delicious.
