Year Two, Week Eight – Guest

Autumn in Seoul is beyond breathtaking. I’m all about the crisp air, gorgeous foliage, and festivals galore. I’m also all about taking pictures of people taking “selfies”…. ONLY if they’re not doing it in front of something I want to take a picture of. I was trying to get a shot of this tree sculpture, but these girls kept taking selfies in front of it and reviewing the photos before trying again. What’s the point of a selfie in front of this amazing piece of living art when your face takes up the entire frame? Then I saw the girls finally smile and agree that the last photo was a keeper. I snapped a picture before another group of girls moved in to repeat the same process.
