Today marks the end of the second year of How We See Korea! This little personal project has become more than I imagined it could be. I knew my mom would faithfully read my posts, but about half way through year one I had to admit that not all of those site hits could possibly be coming from her! Thank you all for reading and following along on our adventures!!
If you’ve been following this blog for really any length of time, I hope it’s obvious that I love living in Korea. Moving here was a twist on life that I never saw coming until we suddenly had orders and had to be here within 30 days. My family has been here for almost three years now and we have officially signed on for another two. As much as I love Korea, there are more than a few things we miss about the US. Sometimes I don’t even realize how much I miss something until it shows up in my view finder. This photo is the perfect example. I miss blue skies and fluffy white clouds. Sure, we see them occasionally here, especially this time of year, but we have gray skies often enough to make me really appreciate this display of blue and fluff!
