Year Two, Week Ten —Amber

Cabbage

I apparently have this thing for photographing people with fresh produce. Here is a man washing and chopping and sorting cabbage in giant bins. These giant red bins filled with cabbage are a common sight in Korea as the Koreans prep the food for making kimchi. In the back, slightly behind the man you can see what look like giant potatoes but are actually radishes that will likely be made into a different type of kimchi! Yum!
